Valuations & Insurance

At Cole the Jeweller we can do your Valuations for insurance or probate. We offer you an independent professional Jewellery Valuation service. Bring in any items of jewellery that you would like to be valued, this usually takes up to about 10 days and you will be provided with a printed Valuation along with photographs of your items and descriptions and the item(s) value.

Valuation fees at Cole The Jeweller are at a fixed price.

Prices for Insurance valuations are:

1 item £70

2nd item £60

3rd and any more items £50 each

This is on a sliding scale, eg 2 items £130, 3 items £180 4 items £230, 10 items £530 and so on.

Probate valuation fees are £55 per item.

Click and Collect

Would it be easier for you if you could reserve an item to view, before purchasing? Now you can! With our ‘Click and Collect’ Scheme, you can reserve an item through the website. To do this you will need to add the item to your basket. Instead of paying at the checkout you will reserve the item instead.

Cole Reward Scheme

At Cole the Jeweller we would like to reward you for choosing to shop with us. For every item that is £15 or over you purchase from us, we will give you a ‘reward sticker’. When you have collected 10 reward stickers we will give you a £20 Voucher to spend at Cole the Jeweller.

How long does it take to repair Jewellery?
When you bring an item in for repair, we will provide you with an estimated completion date for your collection. This varies dependent on the complexity of the job. If the Jeweller is in the Workshop he may be able to complete whilst you wait.
