Retail Is Detail.

What makes the in-store retail experience so much better than the internet version?

Well, there are several reasons why you should make the effort (and it is an effort) to visit your local retail store.

A warm and comfortable greeting awaits you.

The ability to speak to a knowledgeable sales assistant who understands your needs and can guide you to the perfect product to satisfy your request.

There is also the option to try various styles, colours and sizes that allows you to leave the store with a real feel good factor, knowing that what you have purchased really is as advertised.

How many times have you made an internet purchase that immediately disappoints when you open the packaging.

Often the item is smaller that the on-screen image, or a different shade or lighter or heavier than imagined.

Then you are left with the responsibility of repackaging and returning any unwanted items which involves having to travel to find a suitable outlet for your returns.

That takes us back to our original point regarding the tactile nature of ‘real’ shopping, and how important it is to take the time to visit your independent retailer.

We understand ’click’ shopping can save time and effort, but does it match up to expectations?

Give your local independent shops a chance to show you just what you are missing this Christmas.
